Brand Refresh // Website Redesign

A full brand redefine for People Culture Talent, delivered in collaboration with Uncomplicated Brands. The business is built around the idea that great companies are shaped by the people within them, so the challenge was to evolve the brand into something that feels more confident, more considered, and better aligned with the level they operate at, without losing the warmth and human side that makes them what they are.

The core of the brand remains intact. The logo stays unchanged. It is a simple geometric icon and wordmark that depicts a sun rising across the sea. It already held meaning, balance, and recognition, so the focus was on elevating everything around it rather than reinventing it.

Typography played a big role here. We moved to Cabinet Grotesk to bring a more refined, modern feel while keeping things highly legible across digital platforms. The colour palette was expanded, with subtle tweaks to the primary green and off white to improve accessibility on screen and allow more flexibility across touchpoints.

Working alongside Uncomplicated Brands, the direction was carefully shaped to ensure the brand felt both strategically grounded and creatively elevated.

The overall direction became clearer. Warmer, more premium, and more intentional.

The website was a key expression of the new direction. We introduced frosted glass UI elements across buttons and tiles to bring a sense of depth and subtlety, helping everything feel more tactile, premium and considered.

Curved image edges and soft animated line work were brought in to echo mid century influences and give the interface a bit more personality without overcomplicating. We also added custom 3D sculptures to enhance the idea of balance and curation.

The aim was always balance. Clean and structured, but never rigid. Premium, but still approachable.

This project was all about refinement. Taking something that already worked and giving it more clarity, more consistency, and more presence.

A brand shaped through close collaboration, and one that now feels more aligned with where People Culture Talent are heading. Thoughtful, people first, and quietly confident in how they show up.
