How it works.

Enquiry Stage

When you enquire, we’ll have our first zero commitment chats, either in person or online, where we can chat through your project, I can hear the aims and expectations you may have.

Following this, I will send you a tailored proposal and quote, outlining the project and giving you a price.

Provided the quote and proposal is agreed, we can now begin to bring your brand to life.

Phase One // Ideas

Here is a safe space to air any ideas, no matter how vague or unimportant they may seem. I’ll ask you to fill in a short document, asking some questions about your business or project, and asking for any pre-existing ideas you may have.

I’ll ask for:

  • Images/links/icons/colours that you imagine the look and feel of your brand to be.

  • Keywords

  • Images that sum up your target demographic

Nothing is set in stone but to helps to streamline the work-flow. I feel this gives each project a strong foundation and reference point.

Phase Two // Design Directions

I’ll take the key themes outlined in our document and start putting some mood boards together.

I will then create 3 separate initial design directions complete with logo ideas, imagery, and a basic ‘look and feel guide’

Again nothing set in stone, but I can start to build the look and feel of your designs.

I’ll deliver a document outlining a few directions, ready for your feedback.

Phase Three // Design

This is the really exciting part, where your brand comes to life.  I will now hone in on the brand; with a clear direction of logo/typefaces/imagery and styles in mind, I will create a full branding document.

Phase Four // Refinement

Based on feedback, we’ll now make any tweaks that may be needed. Whilst I am confident in meeting your brief and expectations, I want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with the work.

Phase Five // Delivery

Here we will present you with our final designs.

We’ll provide everything from design guidelines and templates, to assets and other useful tools, to help you use the designs going forward.

Aware that not everyone has access or the skillset for creating digital assets, we will always try our best to give you templates and guidelines that fit your circumstance.

“Branding is the art of aligning what you want people to think about your company with what people actually do think about your company. And vice-versa.”
